• *Job Summary**

Nageen Fab System is looking for a versatile **HR \& Office Executive** to join our team. This role is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our staff is managed effectively while keeping our business processes—like client quotations and office administration—running smoothly.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **HR \& Compliance:**
• Maintain and monitor daily **attendance records** and leave management.
• Handle monthly **ESI and PF** documentation and compliance.
• Assist in the recruitment process and employee onboarding.
• **Business Operations:**
• Prepare and send professional **Quotations** to clients based on project requirements.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• **Office Administration:**
• Oversee general office day\-to\-day activities to ensure a productive work environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in HR administration or office management (experience in a fabrication/manufacturing setup is a plus).
• **Technical Skills:** Proficient in **MS Office (especially Excel)** and comfortable using HR/Payroll software.
• **Compliance Knowledge:** Practical understanding of ESI and PF rules.
• **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling client quotations.
• **Attributes:** High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive attitude.
