• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **HR Executive** to support our HR operations. The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and compliance, especially suited for a professional services/insurance environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Recruitment \& Onboarding**

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for surveyors, claims analysts, and back\-office roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Support onboarding formalities, joining documentation, and induction

• *HR Operations**

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and files
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes

• *Compliance \& Documentation**

• Support compliance with labor laws, insurance\-sector norms, and internal policies
• Maintain records related to PF, ESI, contracts, and employee agreements
• Assist in audit and compliance documentation when required

• *Employee Engagement**

• Support employee communication, internal notices, and engagement activities
• Assist in performance review coordination and appraisal documentation

• *Administrative Support**

• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS
• Coordinate with management for HR\-related tasks and updates

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• *Education**

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• *Skills**

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• *Preferred**

• Exposure to professional services, insurance, or finance sector
• Internship or prior HR experience (added advantage)
