Job Summary

Dica An Deco Interiors is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to independently manage the company's HR functions. As the company currently does not have an HR department, the selected candidate will be responsible for handling the complete employee lifecycle and establishing HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring.
• Source candidates through job portals and social media.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee onboarding.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Organize employee engagement and performance review activities.
• Support management in building the HR function from the ground up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
