HR Executive

Must have good knowledge of HR activities and experience. Must handle everything without any support. ​We are looking for a strong HR professional to build proper systems in our showroom setup (25\+ staff). Role includes: \* Recruitment \& onboarding \* Attendance, leave \& payroll coordination \* Employee grading \& discipline control \* Manpower analysis (identify understaffed / overstaffed departments before hiring) \* Compliance \& documentation (PF / ESI / registers) \* Admin \& renewal tracking \* Weekly \& monthly reporting to management \* Build structure from scratch and reduce chaos We need someone who can create order, control manpower, and support management with data\-based decisions. Total employees: 25

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
