• *Job Description of HR Recruiter**

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

• *Responsibilities**

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads and conducting initial interviews.

• *Skills Requirements**

• Knowledge of Human Resources principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.

• *Experience \- Minimum 1 year, Freshers having good communication skill can also apply.**

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Tiruvallam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
