Job Description: HR Executive – Pharmaceutical Company

LOCATION:SECTOR 82 JLPL MOHALI

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive for our pharmaceutical company who can manage day\-to\-day HR activities along with basic Purchase Department responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities – HR

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining.
• Manage employee onboarding and joining documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle employee engagement and HR\-related activities.
• Manage employee queries and support daily HR operations.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.

Additional Responsibilities – Purchase

• Handle basic purchase and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and material requirements.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders (PO).
• Follow up with vendors regarding material delivery.
• Coordinate with Store and Production departments for purchase requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement of required materials.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Basic knowledge of Purchase and Procurement activities.
• Good coordination and follow\-up skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Educational Qualification

• MBA in HR (Preferred).
• MBA in HR \& Marketing / Finance candidates may also apply.
• Graduation in any relevant field.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
