Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage day\-to\-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and HR administration while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management\-related documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
