Position: HR Recruiter
\* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for White Collar and Blue Collar positions.
\* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment drives.
\* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
\* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
\* Handle bulk hiring requirements as per business needs.
\* Manage offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding processes.
\* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
\* Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
\* Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
\* Graduate in any discipline.
\* 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
\* Experience in White Collar and Blue Collar hiring will be preferred.
\* Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
\* Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and sourcing techniques.
\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
