Feedipy is a growing digital marketing agency looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to help manage our people operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with teams, improving processes, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Position Details

• *Job Type:** Part\-Time
• *Location:** Remote
• *Hours:** 10\-20 hours per week (flexible)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Recruitment \& Hiring**

• Post job openings across various platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls
• Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

• *Onboarding \& Offboarding**

• Coordinate onboarding for new team members
• Prepare employment documents and contracts
• Ensure all required documentation is completed
• Manage employee exits and offboarding procedures

• *Employee Relations**

• Serve as a point of contact for HR\-related inquiries
• Support employee engagement and team\-building initiatives
• Help maintain a positive and productive work culture

• *HR Administration**

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Track attendance, leave requests, and employee information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
• Assist with HR process improvements and documentation

• *Performance Management Support**

• Coordinate performance review cycles
• Track employee goals and development plans
• Support managers with performance\-related documentation

• *Qualifications**

• Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with remote teams is an asset
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
