We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our end-to-end payroll operations. The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and accurate processing and disbursement of all employee salaries. You will maintain comprehensive and up-to-date payroll records, covering new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and all deductions. This role involves processing various transactions including salaries, incentives, reimbursements, taxes, and statutory deductions. Preparing detailed payroll reports and documentation for audits and compliance is required. You must ensure all processes adhere to applicable labor laws, payroll regulations, and internal company policies. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for employees, resolving all payroll-related queries and discrepancies. You will also support internal and external audits by providing necessary records and reports, and you are expected to monitor processes to recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
