Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding \& employee engagement.
• Address employee concerns \& maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in performance evaluations \& training programs.
• Ensure HR policies align with labor laws.
• Support payroll, benefits, and attendance management.
• Maintain employee records \& HR documentation

Skills \& Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2\+ years HR experience.

Pay: ₹20,935\.06 \- ₹25,945\.44 per month
