Prop Vestors Private Limited is looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the real estate sector. HR Executives commonly handle end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Post job advertisements on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Handle employee onboarding and induction programs.
Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
Organize employee engagement and retention activities.
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
Experience in recruitment through job portals and social media.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
