HR Executive

Position: HR Executive

• *Experience: 2\+** Years
• *Qualification:** Any Degree \+ MBA (HR preferred)
• *Industry Preference:** EPC / AEC Industry
• *Location:** Trichy

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle complete employee lifecycle — joining formalities, documentation, confirmation, and exit process
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS/Excel trackers
• Coordinate with department/project heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements
• Support payroll inputs — attendance, leave records, and coordination with finance team
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communication
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) in coordination with the compliance team
• Assist in performance appraisal cycles, documentation, and follow\-ups
• Handle employee grievances and support a positive work culture
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and management review presentations

Pay: From ₹20,000\.00 per month
