We are looking for a dynamic and passionate **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be end\-to\-end recruitment, with additional involvement in basic HR functions like onboarding and documentation.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, follow\-ups, and closures
Understand hiring needs and job descriptions by working closely with department heads
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with relevant teams
Roll out offer letters and ensure proper follow\-up until the candidate joins
Collect and verify employee documents and maintain records
Conduct inductions and ensure smooth onboarding experience
Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, and basic HR documentation
Publish job posts on relevant portals and support employer branding efforts
*Qualifications:**
1\-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems
Prior experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG sectors is a plus
