Full Job Description

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced HR executive to handle both recruitment and HR generalist functions. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in talent acquisition, employee coordination, HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and day\-to\-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities: \-

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for technical and non\-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

HR Generalist Activities

• Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR\-related documents.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with different departments.
• Assist in performance management and employee review processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR generalist functions.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
