• *Job Summary**

• *We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities and support the company's hiring requirements.**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions across departments.**
• **Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms.**
• **Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.**
• **Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.**
• **Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.**
• **Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts.**
• **Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.**
• **Ensure timely closure of open positions.**
• **Support onboarding and joining formalities.**

• *Required Skills**

• **2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment.**
• **Hands\-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring portals.**
• **Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.**
• **Good English communication skills.**
• **Strong candidate sourcing and negotiation skills.**
• **Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.**
• **Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.**
