Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to support the day\-to\-day human resources functions of the organization. The role involves recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance\-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment \& Onboarding
- Coordinate end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow\-ups.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment\-related documents.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Records \& HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
- Manage employee data in HRMS and ensure accuracy of records.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Attendance \& Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance inputs and salary processing.
- Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR policies.
Compliance \& Statutory Support
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support statutory documentation related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other HR compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and collect employee feedback.
- Coordinate clearance formalities and final settlement processes.
- Maintain records of employee separations and attrition reports.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS and payroll coordination.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, or HR Operations roles.
