• *Job Description**

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive – Recruitment with hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for blue\-collar and white\-collar positions.
• Source candidates through job portals like Indeed, Job Hai, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage bulk hiring for factory workers, machine operators and production staff.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
• Strong experience in manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

• *Salary:** ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)
• *Working Days:** 6 Days a Week
