Job Description
- Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist in attendance and leave management
- Handling admin activities
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment process
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential informationWillingness to learn and adapt- *Educational Qualification:**
