Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented HR Executive to support recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR administration, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment \& Onboarding

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage joining formalities and employee induction programs.
• Maintain recruitment and onboarding records.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Support payroll by providing attendance and leave inputs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain databases.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Address employee queries and support employee relations initiatives.
• Promote a positive workplace culture.

Compliance \& Administration

• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist in statutory compliance and HR audits.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR), MSW, BBA, or any HR\-related degree/certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Freshers with relevant internships and strong HR knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–2 years in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.

• *Salary:** As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
