Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee engagement activities. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and healthcare industry standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Onboarding
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for clinical and non\-clinical positions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
Attendance \& Payroll Coordination
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for accurate salary processing.
- Verify overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave management systems.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records as per legal and organizational standards.
- Support audits and compliance inspections.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track probation confirmations and employee evaluations.
- Maintain performance records and reports.
Training \& Development
- Coordinate training programs for hospital staff.
- Maintain training records and certifications.
- Identify learning and development requirements in consultation with department heads.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Support recognition and reward programs.
- Assist in employee communication initiatives.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HRMIS records.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
- Manage ID card issuance, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate full and final settlement processes for separating employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
