Position Overview
We are seeking a competent and motivated **HR Executive** to support and manage key Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, attendance administration, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sound administrative abilities, and a professional approach to employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow\-ups.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and related HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll data preparation and employee\-related administrative activities.
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Generate and maintain HR reports and management records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
Educational Qualification
- MBA in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline
Experience
- Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** in Human Resources.
