1\. Role Purpose
To support day\-to\-day HR operational and coordination activities at assigned site locations including attendance management support, employee documentation support, onboarding coordination support, recruitment coordination support, employee engagement support, training coordination support, administrative support activities, and HR record maintenance while learning and assisting in smooth execution of HR processes and employee coordination activities under guidance of Site HR Executive and HO HR team.
2\. Key Responsibilities
Payroll \& Attendance Management (Support)
- Support maintenance of employee attendance records through biometric systems, attendance registers, and shift attendance records for assigned site locations.
Employee Lifecycle \& Documentation (Support)
- Support onboarding documentation, employee file preparation, employee record updates, and HR documentation activities.
Recruitment \& Onboarding (Support)
- Support recruitment coordination activities including interview scheduling, candidate follow\-up, joining coordination, and onboarding support activities.
- Assist in collection of candidate documents and maintenance of recruitment records and onboarding trackers.
- Calling the candidates and screening them and sharing the Report.
Talent Pipeline Support
- Support maintenance of talent pipeline database and recruitment master Excel records for manpower requirements.
- Assist in updating candidate database and screened profile records as instructed.
- Coordinate profile data updates and recruitment support activities with Site HR Executive and HO HR team.
Site HR Coordination (Support)
- Support coordination activities between site employees and Head Office HR team regarding attendance, documentation, recruitment updates, and HR operational activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR operational records and employee coordination activities at site locations.
Employee Engagement \& Welfare (Support)
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, welfare activities, employee participation initiatives, and employee communication activities at site locations.
- Assist in coordination and execution of employee engagement and welfare activities as instructed.
Administrative Coordination (Support)
- Support employee accommodation coordination, joining arrangements, and employee support activities at site locations.
- Assist in employee administrative support activities including ID cards, stationery requirements, accommodation coordination, and employee support activities.
- Coordinate with administration and HO HR team regarding employee administrative support requirements.
Training Coordination (Support)
- Support training attendance coordination, employee participation, training communication, and training execution activities at site locations.
- Assist in maintaining training MIS, attendance sheets, training trackers, and training documentation records.
- Support coordination of employee participation in planned training programs.
- Coordinate with departments regarding training attendance and training support activities.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
