Bachelor's Degree from recognised university. Professional work experience of 03 to 05 years preferably from production / manufacturing industry.

Post job vacancies on job portals and coordinate with recruitment consultants as per hiring needs
Collaborate with Department Heads (HODs) for scheduling and conducting interviews
Documentation and verification
Biometric punching allocation
Preparation of appointment letters
Data entry and maintenance in Spine HRMS
Maintain records of employee leave applications and monitor absenteeism
Shift changes
Missed punches
Leave updates and corrections
Maintain salary advance records and related documentation
Monitor and reconcile overtime (OT) entries of karigars with Spine HRMS records
Maintain accurate employee data and records for compliance
Manage employee details under Mediclaim policy (additions/deletions on monthly basis)
Coordinating with Insurance company for claim related queries
Maintain personal files of staff and karigars
Assist in disciplinary processes, including issuing show\-cause notices
Prepare daily, monthly, and audit\-related HR reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Handle additional HR tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
