We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, payroll support, and day\-to\-day HR activities.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including job posting on various job portals and sourcing platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct face\-to\-face interviews and coordinate the complete selection process.
Handle salary negotiations, offer letter issuance, and joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Support payroll and salary processing activities.
Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
