Managing payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems, as well as driving engagement, retention, and culture initiatives, is crucial. Developing performance appraisal systems and training programs, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, and supporting succession planning and talent development are key responsibilities. Leading the HR team and ensuring timely HR operations execution is expected. You will also approve recruitment decisions and employee transfers within limits and recommend policy and organizational changes.
