HR Executive

SkyOcean Shipping is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail\-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, and other HR administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow\-ups.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee information.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with company requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to support employee\-related activities.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and other HR administrative tasks as required.

• *Qualifications and Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and email.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
