HR Executive

SkyOcean Shipping is looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to support day\-to\-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a sound understanding of HR processes, and the ability to manage employee\-related activities efficiently in a fast\-paced shipping and logistics environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and personnel records.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Assist with payroll processing, salary inputs, and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, performance appraisals, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with different departments to address employee\-related matters.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
