HR Manager

• *Job Summary**

Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the organisation’s human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to align HR practices with organisational objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee management practices.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee exit formalities and full and final settlement coordination.
• Work closely with management and department heads to address HR requirements and improve operational efficiency.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and labour law compliance.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
