• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage attendance, payroll processing, recruitment activities, and day\-to\-day HR operations. Candidates with experience in the Textile or Garment Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• *Attendance \& Leave Management**

• Daily attendance tracking and monitoring through HRMS/Biometric systems.
• Maintain employee leave records and attendance reports.
• Coordinate with department heads for attendance discrepancies and regularization.

• *Payroll \& Salary Processing**

• Prepare monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave deductions, incentives, and statutory deductions.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for accurate salary processing.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and maintain payroll records.

• *Recruitment \& Onboarding**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for staff and worker\-level positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and social media.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction.

• *HR Operations**

• Maintain employee records and personal files.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
• Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support implementation of company policies and HR procedures.

• *Required Skills**

• Good knowledge of Attendance Management and Payroll Processing.
• Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.

• *Qualification**

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• 1\-2 years of HR experience.
• Experience in Textile, Garment, Embroidery, or Manufacturing Industry preferred.
• Familiarity with worker management and factory HR operations will be an added advantage.
