*Recruitment \& Onboarding:** Source, interview, and select qualified candidates. Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
**Employee Relations:** Act as a main point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote an engaging company culture.
**Policy \& Compliance:** Maintain and update employee handbooks; ensure company practices align with current local labor laws and regulations.
**Performance Management:** Support managers in conducting performance evaluations, setting KPIs, and driving employee development initiatives.
**HR Administration:** Maintain accurate digital employee records, track attendance/leaves, and coordinate with the payroll team.
*Qualifications \& Skills**
**Experience:** 2–5 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Knowledge:** Strong understanding of labor legislation, payroll processes, and HR metrics.
**Tools:** Proficient with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
**Soft Skills:** Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and conflict\-resolution abilities with strict adherence to confidentiality.
