• *Job Title: HR Executive (Talent Acquisition \& Operations)**

• *About Us:**

Chandok Creations is a growing video editing and post\-production company working with international clients. We specialise in editing podcasts, e\-commerce ads, real estate videos, social media reels, and long\-form content. We are looking for an experienced and proactive **HR professional** who can manage end\-to\-end HR operations for a small team and help build a strong team structure.

• *Salary Range:**₹18,000 – ₹27,000 (Based on Skills)

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for creative and technical roles.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and policy implementation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and performance records.
• Support management in performance reviews, appraisals, and team structure.
• Handle employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Plan, coordinate, and post job openings and company culture updates on LinkedIn and Instagram, including office activities (birthdays, festivals, team events), and ensure proper photo/video capture for social media.
• Prepare weekly HR reports and coordinate with management for updates.
• Guide junior HR staff.

• *Requirements:**

• 2–4 years of experience in HR \& recruitment (creative/media/IT industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of HR tools, hiring portals, and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR operations.
• Strong organisational and people management skills.
