Full\-Time
- *Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment**
- Source, identify, and attract high\-quality candidates across multiple job platforms.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and outbound recruitment calls.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, culture fit, attitude, and growth potential.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Improve employer branding and candidate experience.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance management, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
- Assist leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Manage payroll processing and employee compensation records.
- Work with HRMS, ATS, payroll software, and employee management systems.
- Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Improve HR workflows through automation and technology.

- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2\+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with candidate sourcing and recruitment calling.
- Knowledge of HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS platforms, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship\-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of technology, software development, or coding concepts.
- Experience recruiting for technical, software, engineering, or digital roles.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data\-driven hiring decisions.
- Experience building employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
