We are seeking an experienced HR Executive or Senior HR Executive to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai, serving the tea and FMCG industry. With 2 to 7 years of relevant experience, you will oversee comprehensive HR functions across Pan India locations. Your core duties will encompass full-cycle talent acquisition for roles spanning sales, marketing, corporate, and business units at all levels. You will utilize diverse sourcing avenues such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, recruitment consultants, and social media to build a robust candidate pipeline. The role involves managing salary negotiations, specialized hiring, and recruitment planning to ensure timely closures. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting new hire onboarding, induction programs, and managing probation and confirmation processes. A key aspect will be the coordination and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives and employee engagement activities to foster a productive work environment.
