We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **HR Executive** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities, employee coordination, interview scheduling, and supporting daily HR operations.
Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Conduct initial HR screening rounds
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
Post job openings on different hiring platforms
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
MS Office knowledge
Good coordination and organizational skills
Positive attitude and team player
Eligibility
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in HR or Recruitment
MBA/Graduate in HR or related field preferred
