HR Executive

• *Job Description:**

We are seeking a HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full\-cycle recruitment and HR processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs.

This is very urgent requirement and we need immediate joiners.

This will be hybrid working model

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings and recruitment tools
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports
• Leave Management for the employees
• Overall employee engagement and communicate HR policies and practices to employees

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Finance or any discipline
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
