HR Executive

• *Job Summary:**

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing employee data, attendance, statutory compliance, and supporting day\-to\-day HR operations. The role requires strong coordination, accuracy in documentation, and knowledge of labour laws like PF and ESIC.

• *Key Responsibilities:1\. Employee Data Management**

• Maintain and update employee records (joining, exit, transfers, promotions)
• Ensure proper documentation and filing (physical \& digital)
• Manage HRMIS / software data entries

• *2\. Attendance \& Payroll Support**

• Monitor daily attendance, leave, and shift records
• Coordinate with operations for attendance inputs
• Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing

• *3\. Employee Management**

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies
• Support onboarding and induction process
• Maintain employee engagement and discipline records

• *4\. Statutory Compliance (PF \& ESIC)**

• Handle **PF (Provident Fund)** and **ESIC** registration and documentation
• Coordinate monthly PF \& ESIC data and challans
• Maintain compliance records and assist in audits

• *5\. HR Operations**

• Assist in recruitment coordination (interviews, documentation)
• Support exit formalities (F\&F, relieving, documentation)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws

• *Required Skills:**

• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labour laws
• Strong data management and Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

• *Qualifications:**

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations
• Fresher may apply

• *Preferred Experience:**

• Experience in transport / logistics / manufacturing industry will be added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
