We're looking for a dynamic, people\-first HR professional who can own the full HR function at a fast\-paced performance marketing agency. This isn't a back\-office role you'll be on the floor, shaping culture, driving hiring, and keeping the team engine running. • *Key Responsibilities:\-**

• Full\-Cycle Recruitment Source, screen, interview, and onboard talent across departments.
• Payroll \& Attendance Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave records with accuracy
• Onboarding Build and maintain structured onboarding processes and trackers to ensure smooth joiner experiences
• Learning \& Development Identify skill gaps and coordinate L\&D initiatives for the team
• Culture \& Discipline Maintain workplace standards, monitor team dynamics, and foster a high\-performance professional environment
• Team Engagement Plan Saturday evening and other team engagement activities
• HR Communications Draft internal announcements, employer branding content, and employee\-facing communications

• *What We're Looking For:\-**

• 0–1 years of HR experience, preferably in a marketing agency or digital agency setup.
• Hands\-on experience with recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and L\&D
• Strong understanding of the pace and culture of agency environment fast\-moving, lean teams, multiple priorities
• Leadership qualities ability to take ownership, make decisions independently, and influence without authority
• High emotional intelligence with excellent written and verbal communication
• Self\-driven, adaptable, and solutions\-oriented

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
