We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and day\-to\-day HR operations for our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for plant and office staff.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, HR policies, and personnel files.
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate performance management and training activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS.
Support administration and ensure smooth HR operations within the manufacturing unit.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS/software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in factory HR operations and workforce management.
Ability to handle blue\-collar and white\-collar recruitment.
Strong problem\-solving skills and a proactive approach.
