Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR Executive** to manage day\-to\-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, and statutory compliance.
• Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Manage employee grievances, engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and confidential employee documents.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Experience:** 1–3 years in HR Operations or Generalist HR.
• **Education:** Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools.
• Knowledge of payroll, PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance will be preferred.
