- *Role Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and process\-driven HR Operations Executive to manage day\-to\-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR compliance, documentation, HRMS administration, attendance management, employee records, and policy implementation. The role requires strong coordination skills, process discipline, and the ability to ensure seamless HR service delivery across the organization.**Key Responsibilities**
### **Employee Lifecycle Management**
- Manage end\-to\-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Conduct joining formalities and ensure completion of onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage employee exits, clearance processes, and issuance of relieving documents.
### **HRMS \& Employee Records Management**
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage employee data within HRMS (Keka or equivalent).
- Ensure timely updates of employee information, reporting structures, and organizational changes.
- Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
### **Attendance \& Leave Management**
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and regularization requests.
- Perform daily attendance audits and coordinate with employees/managers for discrepancies.
- Manage leave balances and policy adherence.
- Maintain attendance and productivity tracking reports.
### **Payroll Support**
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely submission and verification of payroll\-related data.
### **Employee Documentation**
* Prepare and issue employment\-related letters including

+ Salary Revision Letters

- Maintain employee personnel files and statutory records.
### **HR Compliance \& Process Management**
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
- Support statutory compliance requirements and audits.
- Maintain HR trackers, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Assist in internal and external HR audits.
### **Employee Support \& HR Helpdesk**
- Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, HR policies, benefits, and HRMS.
- Provide timely support and resolution to employee concerns.
- Facilitate employee communication and awareness initiatives.
### **Reporting \& Analytics**
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Track HR operational KPIs and process compliance.
- Support HR data analysis and management reporting requirements.
