The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and closing top IT talent across a wide spectrum of web, mobile, cloud, and product\-based technologies.
This role is specifically focused on Staff Augmentation and Project\-Based Hiring, requiring hands\-on experience in sourcing, technical screening, and candidate engagement. **Key Responsibilities:**
Own the end\-to\-end recruitment cycle for IT \& NON IT roles, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Understand detailed client requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies
Source profiles proactively through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, vendor partners, and social media
Conduct initial telephonic \& video screenings to assess technical competence, communication, and cultural fit
Manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in Sales, Mkt., Web, Mobile, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, and Full Stack roles
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal and client teams
Track candidate progress, provide regular status updates, and maintain recruitment dashboards
Partner closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to meet tight deadlines and ramp\-up goals
Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance and audit processes **Required Skills \& Experience**:
4\+ years of strong experience in IT recruitment, with proven success in staff augmentation and contractual hiring
Sound knowledge of technical skill sets, job functions, and IT industry hiring trends
Expertise in screening resumes, conducting in\-depth discussions to evaluate technical capability and job fit
Experience working with ATS, recruitment dashboards, and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Self\-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a relentless approach to closing positions
