• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR Executive** to support recruitment and day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have **1–2 years of HR experience**, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and be capable of handling recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, and basic payroll coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for shop\-floor workers and office staff.
• Source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate training sessions, induction programs, and performance review processes.
• Maintain employee files, HR records, and MIS reports.
• Support day\-to\-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Graduate or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **1–2 years of experience** in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong HR internship experience may also be considered.
