Full Job Description

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and HR operations. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, and supporting day\-to\-day HR activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and non\-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and HR records.
• Support employee engagement and general HR activities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Perform other HR\-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR Operations.
• Experience in hiring for IT positions will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
