Job Description

  • *About the Role**

SOS School of Skills is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Faculty to deliver engaging, industry\-relevant training in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping students with practical HR knowledge, preparing them for real\-world HR roles, and mentoring them throughout their learning journey.

The faculty member should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a learner\-centric approach to teaching.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Human Resources concepts and practices.

  • Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
  • Conduct practical workshops, case studies, mock interviews, and role\-play sessions.
  • Mentor students and provide career guidance for HR roles.
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and presentations.
  • Keep course content updated with the latest HR trends, tools, and employment practices.
  • Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews, resume building, and corporate expectations.
  • Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and student progress reports.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and interactive learning environment.
  • *Required Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, corporate training, or teaching.
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, employment laws, and HR technologies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
