We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **HR Generalist** to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Handle employee relations and grievance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
*Requirements:**
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
2–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
Knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Labor Laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Salary:** ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month **(depending on experience and qualifications)**
