• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Hands\-on experience with HRMS and Spine HR software.
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
