Eligibility Criteria

MBA in HR
Experience in the Digital Marketing industry preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process
Manage employee lifecycle activities
Conduct onboarding and induction programs
Provide training and development to new employees
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and HR database
Support employee engagement and HR operations
Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements

Strong communication skills
Recruitment and coordination abilities
Understanding of Digital Marketing industry hiring
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Team handling and organizational skills
