*Position:** HR Generalist
*Experience:** 2\+ Years
*Qualification:** BBA/B.Com with MBA (HR) – Mandatory
*Location** : Chennai

*Key Responsibilities:**

Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding.
Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance records.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and related filings.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement and HR operations.

*Skills Required:**

Experience in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
