Job Description
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HRMIS
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling
- **Manage and lead the HR team**, providing guidance and support
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training, development sessions, and exit formalities
